While in Taiwan I went to this fish mart restaurant and I really liked the chaos and familiarity of everyone talking over each other in Mandarin, the rattle of chopsticks. After prototyping and working up an environment based on the nostalgia of the restaurant, I participated in the 2025 spring animation jam and together with the help of Thomas Yi who did the main cat animation, we created this short film about a cat and his first taste of alcohol
